Marcie’s Cookie Company was started in 2023 in Mandeville, Jamaica. With a love for baking, a passion for flavour and a desire to bring something a little different, a little more.. Jamaican to the cookie jar.

Inspired by our Jamaican roots, we create handcrafted cookies that celebrate tastes, memories and traditions of the Caribbean whilst embracing flavours from around the world. From island favourites reimagined as indulgent vegan cookies to timeless classics and globally inspired creations. Every recipe is crafted to deliver bold flavour, quality ingredients and a moment of joy.

Our signature cookies take inspiration from beloved and nostalgic Jamaican flavours, treats and desserts, transforming familiar flavours into bakery style cookies with a modern twist.
